Mobiblu app for iPhone and iPad

Mobiblu is a cross-platform based mobile hub application enabling a powerful tool that controls most of the functions of Octoblu from your mobile device. Mobiblu allows the connection of plugins, any device or sensor to the app on the mobile device and then allows the triggering of a flow with the click of a button. Mobiblu also allows for the connection and control of Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) devices to the mobile hub. Easy communication with Meshblu and Octoblu is achieved directly from the mobile device through the Messaging tab in the application or by choosing one of the Flows from that tab. The connection of the sensor data from the mobile device is as easy as a one button click to send the data to Octoblu and once established will continue to update until disabled. Mobiblu brings the power of the Octoblu and Meshblu platform’s to your fingertips. Current features include, but are not limited to the following list of items.

Accelerometer - Manual and timed sensor data stored locally and/or available to Octoblu designer via Meshblu.
Compass - Manual and timed sensor data stored locally and/or available to Octoblu designer via Meshblu. Current data displayed on pointer.
Geolocation - Manual and timed sensor data stored locally and/or available to Octoblu designer via Meshblu. Local data displayed on map.
Messaging - device to device messaging via Meshblu.
Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) - The Polar H7 heart rate monitor is an example of connectable devices.

Mobiblu’s plugin functionality allows end users to extend the capabilities of the application. Using JavaScript, you have access to the phone’s interface and can send, receive and manipulate data transmitted between the platforms. Bluetooth devices, external APIs, sensor data and Meshblu messaging are all available for development.
